In the unlikely event that you have any reason to complain or experience any problems with your accommodation whilst away then you must inform the accommodation provider during your stay, or call your in resort assistance number on (Resort Specific) in order for a chance to be given to resolve any problem that you may have. It is the property management’s responsibility to address any claims that you have against the property during your stay. Please ensure that every effort is made to do this as any claims after your departure from the property, without prior notification to the property management can be very difficult to resolve. This is in accordance with our complaint procedure as stated in our booking conditions.
Health requirements, passports, visas and vaccinations required for your holiday are your responsibility to procure.
Passports and Visas
It is your responsibility to have a valid passport and where applicable a visa. For countries which are not part of the EU please ensure that you have 90 days validity on your passport after your scheduled return, as well as the appropriate visa.
If you are visiting the USA (or making a transit stop in the USA) and do not qualify under the US visa waiver programme will need to obtain a visa. All travellers to the USA (including children) must have individual machine readable passport. For further information contact the passport agency or visit www.ukpa.gov.uk.
